Childress Creek Kennels offers Labrador Retriever puppies, KNPV Dutch Shepherd puppies, started dogs, and finished dogs. Availability changes throughout the year according to planned litters and each individual dog’s development.
Our Labrador program emphasizes hunting ability, temperament, trainability, and companionship. Our Dutch Shepherd program emphasizes proven working genetics, confidence, intelligence, stability, and suitability for capable homes and handlers.
Contact us to discuss the breed, litter, and type of dog you are seeking. Once availability is confirmed and both parties agree that the placement is appropriate, a deposit is required to reserve the puppy.
Deposits are 50 percent of the purchase price and are non-refundable. The reservation terms are provided in writing before payment is accepted.
We consider the prospective owner’s goals, household, experience, activity level, and expectations. A high-drive hunting or working dog may not be appropriate for every home, so honest communication before purchase is essential.
Our goal is to place each dog where its temperament, ability, and purpose will be understood and supported throughout its life.
Buyers receive the veterinary and health records applicable to their puppy or dog. The written purchase agreement explains the health terms, buyer responsibilities, and any applicable breeder remedies.
Breeding decisions emphasize genetics, soundness, temperament, trainability, and long-term performance. Health testing is completed as appropriate for the breed, age, and breeding dog.
Buyers may arrange pickup directly from Childress Creek Kennels. Hand delivery may also be available for puppies by prior arrangement.
Our standard puppy-delivery service is $750. Travel requirements, timing, delivery location, and unusual expenses are confirmed before the delivery is scheduled.
Deposits are non-refundable, and all sales are final except where a written health provision or another term in the signed purchase agreement specifically applies.
Buyers receive the applicable policies before completing a purchase. We encourage every buyer to read the agreement, ask questions, and understand the terms before paying a deposit.
Visits may be scheduled by appointment. Because our dogs, puppies, and daily responsibilities require structured care, we do not accept unannounced visitors.
